Born in the U.S. and raised in Chicago, my discerning eye and love for the beauty industry developed at a young age, when I would read stylist magazines and discuss the styles over the phone with my sisters. After attending different colleges for Computer Networking to Criminal Justice I noticed that my passion didn’t live there. Soon after, I moved my two kids & myself to Zion, IL to start a new life and a new beginning for my kids due to the crime rate in Chicago. Zion was where I found the passion to start my own business, after two years I set my sights on a career as a Salon Professional. I started as a Cosmetologist at The Salon Professional Academy in Kenosha, WI. Where I developed professional and safety knowledge to perform the skills that I so desire. I spent 1 ½ yrs.at the academy receiving countless knowledge on different hair textures, I received certificates for additional classes I obtained and awards for my many achievement’s. With my keen eye for detail and fresh approach to styles my ability to simultaneously predict trends, and transcend them, has solidified my presence in an ever-changing industry.
